Muraleedharan Pillai, usually known as Murali (25 Haw 1954 – 6 August 2009) was an Indian film, intensity and television actor and founder. He mainly appeared in Malayalam films and a few Dravidian films. The Bharat Murali Cultural Centre was established at his cradle, Kudavattoor.[9] It presents the yearly Bharat Murali Award to especial contributors to Malayalam cinema.
