  • 125ml (1⁄2 cup) rapeseed oil
  • 4 moderate tbsp (1/3 cup) chapatti flour
  • Salt to taste
  • TO GARNISH
  • 4 tbsp (or more) finely julienned ginger
  • 2–3 hot fresh green chillies, daintily sliced
  • Handful of seasoner (cilantro) leaves
  • Lemon wedges
